The Shire of Bordescros is in the Kingdom of Lochac, the 19th of the Laurel Kingdoms of the Knowne World. Our lands lie south of Torlyon, south-west of Politarchopolis, north-east of Cairn Fiall, north of Stormhold and north-west of Arrow Reach.
Mundanely that means we cover the lands from Wagga in the north, to Wangaratta in the south, from Myrtleford in the south-east, Tumbarumba in the north-east and west as far as Deniliquin.
Bordescros Central is sited at Albury Wodonga.
Loch Alba, our North Ward is sited at Wagga.
We have two unnamed Wards:
West Ward is at Deniliquin (and hopes to be called Western Marshes)
South Ward is at Wangaratta
See the Officers Page for contact details of the Seneschal or any of the Wardens.
Our main local activities include Heavy Armour fighting as well as Rapier and Archery in both a combat and tournament format.
In addition we practice a wide variety of Arts and Sciences including costuming, cooking, brewing, music, dance, calligraphy and illumination, woodwork, metal smithing, and embroidery.
(see the Martial and A&S pages for details)
We welcome enquiries from anyone interested in finding out more about our activities. Please check the calendar for upcoming events to attend, or contact the Seneschal, whose details are on the Officers page.

Dont worry - there's enough wine for everyone...
Membership in the Society for Creative Anachronism is required in order to participate in society events; a $2 event membership is available at the sign in table for those experiencing the Society for the first time.
Memberships Forms can be obtained online at https://www.sca.org.au/registry/
NOTE: the link for NEW memberships is broken... use the form for RENEWING a membership which has a tick box for new memberships anyway.
Membership benefits:
* Reduced paper work for attending SCA functions
* Discounted entry to official events and gatherings,
* The right to vote in Society matters, and
* Is mandatory to be an officer, to run events, and to be a fighter.
Membership helps the SCA as it is the only source of income to pay for both the public liability insurance and the costs of running the incorporated body that regulates all the mundane matters of the Society.
